NorthRenew sells two utility-scale renewable projects to Clearway Energy Group

NorthRenew Energy is proud to announce the closing of the sale of two utility-scale wind and solar projects in Missouri and Colorado to Clearway Energy Group. This transaction represents our second transaction with Clearway in the last 12 months.

NorthRenew prospected and advanced development on both projects jointly with Nature’s Energy Group, a renewable energy land acquisition company based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
