Georgiana Stavrolakes

Land Program Manager

Ms. Stavrolakes brings over 20 years experience in construction project management on projects ranging from transportation infrastructure to specialized building construction. For three years prior to joining NorthRenew, Ms. Stavrolakes served as a Cost Control Manager for Group PMX on Delta Airlines $113M renovation of LGA-NYC airport where her responsibilities included analyzing and implementing change order management for infrastructure heavy construction. Prior to joining PMX, Ms. Stavrolakes worked for construction contractor Hobbs, Inc. on multiple projects across the NYC-metro region. Beginning in 2004, Ms. Stavrolakes provided administrative support to Hobbs project teams, eventually serving four years as a lead Project Manager responsible for all phases of construction management including scoping of work, contract negotiation, procurement and scheduling. In the mid-1990’s Ms. Stavrolakes held several technical and accounting positions at various firms in the biotech and medical industry. Ms. Stavrolakes received a BS in Economics and a BS in Pre-Med studies from Carnegie Mellon University.
